Mikayla Hoffman was born in Sheridan, Wyoming and moved to Smithville, Missouri for some years before coming to Fayetteville. She earned a BFA in ceramics in 2016 at the University of Arkansas. Her works have been shown in a number of exhibitions, including the NCECA National Student Juried Exhibition in 2016, and was awarded a Black Apple Award in 2017 for her 3-dimensional work. Mikayla has been featured in The Idle Class Magazine. Hoffman is a studio assistant and art instructor Community Creative Center and is the director/curator at Lalaland Gallery.
